Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

The most suitable carrier will be selected based on your shipping address and package weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel using the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict the exact amount – please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Expedited Shipping

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
